Nicola Miller

Nicola Miller is an avant-garde jazz musician and composer based in Nova Scotia. Nicola recently returned from Berlin, DE where she completed a Masters in Jazz Composition and Arranging at the Jazz Institute Berlin while studying privately with legendary saxophonist Frank Gratkowski. She has performed alongside musicians such as Joyfultalk, Tarek Yamani, Doug Tielli, Enrique Luna and Arseny Rykov. She also leads a composers collective with Glenn Patscha, Nicholas Halley, and Nick D'Amato, Her music stretches toward the avant-garde while remaining accessible to a wide audience.
